Our mission is to provide training and education with a commitment to excellence and to equip persons to work in the hospitality and tourism industry with a high degree of professionalism. In doing so we will develop a skilled grouped of professionals for the industry.

We offer one year certificate programs and two year diploma courses in the areas of Food & Beverage, Culinary, or Hospitality Management. In addition to our one and two year programs, we also offer a variety of short courses. You will gain both sound theoretical knowledge and practical experience though internships with our industry partners to get you on your way to an exciting career in Hospitality and Tourism.

Our picturesque campus is located at Dutchman's Bay at Coolidge and is not only a center of learning but an attractive venue for events. We have a fully equipped Conference Room and a Restaurant with stunning views and we share the stunning views with the public by hosting lunches, meetings, cocktail parties, and other functions.
